Jhellen House Beauty is a “by appointment” business, therefore, last-minute cancellations can have a great impact on our business and that of our technicians. So, for our beloved customers, we have developed some policies that help ours and your day flows as scheduled.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for each micro-pigmentation or microblading service to secure your appointment date, for any other service the deposit will correspond to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Deposits can be paid in cash or credit card and the amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments.
We understand that unplanned circumstances can happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. No show or failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Deposits are non-refundable. The fee will be charged on your credit card. It applies to any service.
We will send you a text message, as a courtesy, 48 hours before confirming your appointment.
Consultations are 10 minutes. You will meet the specialist and she will answer your questions and address any concerns about the procedure. Before you book a consultation, make sure you read all the information on our Need to Know page. This appointment does not include any kind of service.
We ask to please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late but after 15 minutes we cannot guarantee we will be able to take you. If we must cancel/reschedule your appointment due to being late, your deposit is non-refundable.
